Questions about requesting a flight
Questions,answered.
What happens after I send a request?
It goes straight to Gabbi and the team. We check the route, the dates, the group and each airport’s limits, then come back with aircraft options from vetted Part 135 operators and a quote for your dates.
What should I include?
Where you’re flying from and to, your dates and times, how many passengers, and anything that affects the aircraft: skis, golf bags, pets or extra baggage. If your dates are flexible, say so.
Do you sell individual seats?
No. Vision Air charters whole aircraft only: the aircraft, the crew and the schedule are yours for the trip.
Is Vision Air an airline?
No. Vision Air Charter is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier. Flights are performed by independent, FAA-certificated air carriers that keep full operational control of the aircraft.
Can I reach you on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message +1 (646) 457-5396 on WhatsApp, or call the same number.
