Last updated: September 22, 2026. This policy explains what personal information Vision Air Charter LLC (“Vision Air”, “we”) collects through visionair.co, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Leer en español.

Who we are

Vision Air Charter LLC is an air charter broker based in Aspen, Colorado, United States. We are not a direct air carrier: every flight is operated by an FAA-certificated air carrier. For anything about your data, write to gabbi@visionair.co or call +1 646 457 5396.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use a request form: your name, email, phone number and the trip details you write (dates, route, passengers, bags, pets, preferences). If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send there.
• For a booked flight. Passenger details the operator and authorities require, such as full names, dates of birth and passport or ID details. We only ask for these when a trip goes ahead.
• How you found us. A first-party cookie (va_attr, kept for 90 days) records the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or an ad click ID), so we know which pages and campaigns bring enquiries. It is sent to us only if you submit a form.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and clicks on our phone and WhatsApp links.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, source the right aircraft and operator, send you quotes and arrange your trip.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request, and to follow up about it.
• To meet legal, safety, tax and record-keeping obligations that apply to charter flights.
• To understand how the site is used and which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve it.

We only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• For your trip: the air carrier operating your flight and, where needed, airports, FBOs, ground transport and other providers you ask us to arrange. For international flights, operators must send passenger information to customs and immigration authorities.
• Service providers that run our business: our website host, our customer-relationship and email system (GoHighLevel), Google (analytics) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. They process data for us under their own terms and security measures.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of passengers, crews and our company.

Our systems and providers are mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your request or trip and any follow-up, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and accounting records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose (including marketing and analytics), and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Write to gabbi@visionair.co and tell us what you want; we may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within 20 business days. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site still works without them.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, but no system is perfectly secure. The site is not aimed at children; details of minors travelling are provided by their parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
